Remove/install bulbs of headlamp unit - AR82.10-P-1201RA

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of death  caused by high voltage levels present at xenon headlamps.
Risk of explosion/risk of fire  due to highly flammable materials in the area of damaged xenon bulbs
Risk of injury  from UV light, hot components at xenon headlamps and glass splinters when xenon bulbs crack
Risk of poisoning  from inhaling mercury vapors and from swallowing/skin contact with poisonous salts and mercury compounds
Do not come into contact with parts that are under high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants  (e.g. heart pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off entire lighting system. Wear insulating safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Ensure the work area is adequately ventilated. AS82.10-Z-0001-01A
1 Detach right front lamp unit (E2) and pull out towards the front until the lid (19) and the cover (17) are accessible When removing right bi-xenon lamp with integrated ignition module (E2e10) or right turn signal light (E2e5). AR82.10-P-4730R 
2.1 Detach left front lamp unit (E1) and pull out towards the front until the lid (19) is accessible When removing the left turn signal light (E1e5). AR82.10-P-4730R 
2.2 Remove bolts (18) and remove cover (19) When removing left turn signal light (E1e5) or right turn signal light (E2e5).
3 Carefully unclip left turn signal light (E1e5) or right turn signal light (E2e5) from left front lamp unit (E1) or right front lamp unit (E2) with a screwdriver (22) and remove IMPORTANT Do not touch the bulbs with bare fingers, but use a grease-free, soft cloth.  
4 Twist cover (17) to unlock and remove When removing left bi-xenon lamp with integrated ignition module (E1e10) or right bixenon lamp with integrated ignition module (E2e10)  
5 Open clip (20), pull out left bi-xenon lamp with integrated ignition module (E1e10) or right bi-xenon lamp with integrated ignition module (E2e10) and disconnect electrical connector (21) IMPORTANT Do not touch the bulbs with bare fingers, but use a grease-free, soft cloth.  
6 Install in the reverse order
