- Drill suspension strut from above in the area (H) using a drill bit (5 mm dia.) and allow the air to escape.
- Drill suspension strut 80 mm (dimension E) from below using a drill bit (5 mm dia.) and allow the gas to escape.
- Drill suspension strut 135 mm (dimension F) from below using a drill bit (Ø 5 mm) and allow the hydraulic fluid to run out.
- Drill suspension strut 200 mm (dimension G) from below using a drill bit (5 mm dia) (1st and 2nd wall) and allow the hydraulic fluid to run out.
- Pump the suspension strut empty by pushing in the piston rod several times.
- Dispose of suspension strut (scrap).
