Modified tightening torque for bolt of front rear axle carrier rubber mount to frame floor assembly.

Vehicles with code (Z07) Top protection and bolt M14x1.5

	Removing
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	While working on the rear axle care must be taken to ensure that the surface of all aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected
	Always repair front rubber mount (2) in pairs
	For removal, the following tools from the extraction and insertion tool are required: thrust piece (06) 221 589 00 43 06, support (07) 221 589 00 43 07, spindle (010) 221 589 00 43 10 and sleeve (011) 221 589 00 43 11		Figure
1	Secure vehicle on vehicle lift		AR00.60-P-0100SX
2	Remove rear wheels
	Remove/install wheels		AP40.10-P-4050SX
3	Detach rear axle level sensor from vehicle underbody		AR82.10-P-0005SX
4	Remove exhaust system at flange connection		AR49.10-P-7100SX
5	Detach propeller shaft from rear axle center assembly (50)		AR41.10-P-0050-03SX
6	Remove rear sections of underbody protection	Vehicles with fire extinguishing system	AR61.40-P-1000SXS
7	Remove left and right rear extinguishing agent distributor	Vehicles with fire extinguishing system
8	Detach cover (5) and fuel metering pump (Y23) with lines still connected	Vehicles with stationary heater, code 228
9	Prop up rear axle carrier (4) on rear axle center assembly (50) using transmission jack and transmission platform
10	Unclip electrical lines (7) from bracket (8)	On right and left side of vehicle.
11	Remove bolts (3s)
12	Remove bolts (2s) and remove stops (3)
13	Lower the rear axle carrier (4)
14	Mark installation position of rubber mount (2) at cutout (arrow in right enlarged detail of second picture)	The recess is visible on lowered rear axle carrier (4) from top and points toward vehicle rear.
15	Attach thrust piece (06), support (07), spindle (010) and sleeve (011) with hollow cylinder (015) and retaining belt (012) to rubber mount (2) of rear axle carrier (4)	Attach the support (07) with the inclined side (arrow in left enlarged detail of second picture) in the direction of travel.
