Remove/install side window - AR67.30-P-2305PN

	Removing
1	Remove window lining	The window lining is fastened with an adhesive connection, for this reason loosen carefully.
2	Remove splinter protection
3	Affix cup suction tool to side window (1)	Vacuum lifting device for special protection vehicles gotis://K_67.0_03.0
4	Remove side window (1) with rubber seal (2) from the inside outward with assembly wedge (3)	Carefully remove side window (1); danger of breakage.

5	Remove rubber seal (2) from side window (1).	Check side window (1) and rubber seal (2) for damage, replace if necessary.
	Install
6	Install rubber seal (2) on side window (1).
7	Insert assembly cord into retaining groove on rubber seal (2)
8	Apply lubricant to weather seal (2)		*BR00.45-Z-1032-06A
9	Install side window (1) into window frame from outside	Use aid of helper. Vacuum lifting device for special protection vehicles gotis://K_67.0_03.0
10	Press side window (1) down and pull out installation cord towards the window starting at the bottom	Ensure that the rubber seal (2) is seated correctly on the side window (1).
11	Clean side window (1) from inside.
12	Install splinter protection	Use new microencapsulated bolts.
13	Install paneling	Screw paneling and fasten with adhesive.	*BR00.45-Z-1042-02A
14	Install window lining	Screw window lining and fasten with adhesive.
15	Clean side window (1) from outside
