Installing display instrument - AZ54.65-P-0001-05T

Place backing plate (20) in the center of the prestamped recess at the rear of the headliner from above, mark the internal dimensions and cut out carefully.

Place backing plate (20) on the cutout from above. Clip bracket (21) into backing plate (20) from below.

Push rear warning element (A44/3) into bracket (21) from below with the connecting coupling pointing to the left, and lock by pushing towards the left side.

Connect warning element wiring harness (22) and attach to headliner with adhesive felt tape as shown in the diagram.

Route warning element wiring harness (22) along existing cable on left side of headliner and fasten.
After installing the headliner, the cables should be routed on the C-pillar behind the antenna amplifier.

Route warning element wiring harness (22) with overhead control panel/frame floor system connector (X25/8) to the rear wall beside the left rear door.
