Remove outer rear wheelhouse - AR63.10-P-0660-01T

REPAIR MATERIALS

  1. Mark separation point and cut with body saw (area A to D).

    IMPORTANT Do not damage C-pillar below and inner wheelhouse.

  2. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas E to I).
  3. Remove rear outer wheelhouse

    IMPORTANT Observe water drain hose.

  4. Remove sealant (area K).
  5. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  6. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  7. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
