- Mark separation points with cutting templates and separate (areas A and B).
- Mark separation point and cut (area C).
Separation point approx. 50 mm parallel to replacement part cutting point.
- Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
- Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
