  1. Transfer separation points from vehicle to new part and cut (areas A, B, K and S).

    IMPORTANT Observe reinforcement (areas A and B).

  2. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas T and U).
  3. Remove remaining pieces.
  4. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  5. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

  6. Transfer separation points form vehicle to new part and cut (area F).

    IMPORTANT Do not damage pipe.

  7. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (area J).

    IMPORTANT Use drill for high-tensile strength steel

  8. Remove remaining piece

  9. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  10. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

  11. Transfer separation points from vehicle to new part and cut (areas O and P).
  12. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  13. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

  15. Transfer separation points to new part with templates and cut (areas E and Q).
  16. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides 16
  17. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
