- Install rear outer wheel well with rear fender, fit and fasten.
- Install taillamp, rubber seal and locking eye.
- Check and adjust gaps: Rear fender to taillamp
Trunk lid to upper rear fender Trunk lid covering to taillamp Rear door to upper side section Rear door to lower side section
Use feeler gage!
- Drill 6.5 mm rivet holes (area K).
- Remove rear outer wheel well and deburr rivet holes on both sides.

- Install rear outer wheel well and fasten with pop-up rivets with locking thread.
- Rivet rear outer wheel well with 6.4 x 14 mm dia. Polygrip flat head rivets (area K).
- Rear outer wheel well
(areas F, G, H and I).
- Rear outer wheel well
(area J).
(areas A, B and D).
- Clean weld with wire brush.
- Remove grinding and drilling chips with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
- Coat weld and inner adjacent surfaces with zinc dust paint.
