Install main floor rear section, console and cross member, fit and fasten with clamping pliers.
Dimension z = approx. 575 mm.
Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes (areas E, F, H, I, J and K).

Remove cross member.
Deburr rivet holes on both sides
Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes (areas L and M).
Remove main floor rear section and console.
Deburr rivet holes on both sides

Install main floor rear section and console and fasten with clamping pliers and screw-on clamping grippers.
Rivet console and main floor with Polygrip flat head rivets Ø 6.4 x 14 mm (areas E, H, I, J J1, K, L and M).
Rivet from bottom in area J1
Weld in main floor with (areas C, D and P).
Apply MB body sealant (area Q).

Install cross member and fasten with clamping pliers and screw-on clamping grippers.
Rivet cross member and main floor with Polygrip flat head rivets Ø 6.4 x 14 mm (area F and F1).
Rivet from bottom in area F1.
Weld in cross member and main floor with (areas N and O).
Seal all areas overlapping in addition.
