Remove/install mat cover on rear door lining - AR72.12-P-1040-01T

Detaching 

Shown on door lining with sun shade, model 211.0 

1. Carefully loosen mat cover (1).

   Mat cover (1) must be loosened carefully so that ribbon cable (2) cannot be damaged.

   Remove glue residues from door lining (3) if used again.

   Attach 

   Shown on door lining with sun shade, model 211.0 

1. 2.1 Remove cutout for sidebag (6).

   Only on vehicles with code (293) Sidebag in left and right rear

2. 3 Remove protective foil from adhesive surface, align mat cover (1) above door lining (3) and glue on.

   When gluing down the cover mat (1) press down over the full surface to eliminate draft.

   The plastic bonding nubs (4) and the door opener (5) must be exposed and must not be glued over with the mat cover (1).
