- Lift panoramic roof frame over roof opening with the aid of four helpers and lower slowly.
- 2.1 Connect electrical connectors for solar module in rear area at bottom of panoramic roof frame.

- 3.1 Connect electrical connectors for roof antenna in rear area at bottom of panoramic roof frame.
On vehicles as of 1.6.06 and code (494) USA version. Depending on the equipment, the electrical connector on the roof antenna can be located on the left or right side of the vehicle or on both sides of the vehicle. If a dummy antenna is installed instead of the roof antenna, the electrical connector is not required.
- 4 Install panoramic roof frame on adhesive bead.

Insert spacer blocks into roof carrier mounts and align panoramic roof frame to side roof paneling.
- 6 Align gap between glass roof and rear window with
feeler gauge.
- 7 Press on panoramic roof frame all the way around.
- 8 Check height adjustment of rear glass roof to heated rear window, if necessary press again against rear panoramic roof frame.
- 9 Check transition to windshield, if necessary press front panoramic roof frame again.
Check transition to windshield, otherwise it is not possible to install the windshield molding.

Remove cup suction tool.
