- Route overhead control panel control module wiring harness (1) starting at overhead control panel control module retaining frame (3) as illustrated.
The overhead control panel control module wiring harness (1) has a green marking (arrow) for the excess length of the overhead control panel control module retaining frame (3). The marking (arrow) should be located at the edge of the overhead control panel control unit retaining frame (3) as illustrated. The new headliner (2) has a recess for installing the wiring harnesses. The overhead control panel control unit wiring harness (1) must be routed along the left edge of this recess.
- Glue overhead control panel control module wiring harness (1) to headliner (29 with approx. 10 cm long strip of adhesive tape at a distance of approx. 5 cm.
The strips of adhesive tape should have a distance of approx. 5 cm to the left outer contour of the headliner (2). Otherwise the left windowbag may be restricted.
Press adhesive strips on sufficiently, otherwise the overhead control panel control unit wiring harness(1) can detach itself from the headliner (2).
