Level sensor, location/task/design/function - GF32.31-P-4400B

MODELS 211, 240 with CODE (489a) Airmatic (semi-active air suspension) 

MODEL 220 except CODE (487a) Active body control (ABC)

Level sensor, location Model 211 GF32.31-P-4400-01E

Level sensor, task Detecting the vehicle level at the front axle and rear axle and supplying the values to the AIRmatic with ADS control module.  
Level sensor, design 2 Hall sensors in a single housing (redundant design).  
Level sensor, function Detects vehicle level using link rod from upper transverse control arm at left and right front axle. A sensor at the rear axle monitors the movement of the torsion bar and determines the average vehicle level. Sensor failure is detected by comparing the redundant signals of each sensor.
