Task

The stationary heater transmitter can be used to switch the heating or ventilation mode for the stationary heater (STH) on or off. The range is approx. 300 m.

External influences such as:

Radio interference
Large objects or
transmitting from closed rooms

will reduce the effective range.

Status indication of batteries in the stationary heater transmitter

When the transmitter buttons (ON, OFF) are pressed, the integral LED is actuated and shows the condition of the battery.

Weak battery:

LED illuminates yellow (up to 30.5.04)
LED flashes yellow (as of 1.6.04)

Drained ("dead") battery:

LED flashes yellow (up to 30.5.04)
LED illuminates yellow (as of 1.6.04)

Visual feedback signal (up to 30.5.04)

When the one of the buttons (ON, OFF) on the stationary heater transmitter is pressed, the integrated LED indicates the following:

Transmitter button (ON) pressed: LED lights green
Transmitter button (OFF) pressed: LED lights red

Visual feedback signal (as of 1.6.04)

The correct reception of the radio signal by the STH radio remote control receiver (A6/1) is indicated on the stationary heater transmitter by an LED.

Switch on stationary heater:

If the radio connection is OK, the LED illuminates with a steady green light for 2 seconds after the time of signal transmission. If the radio connection is not OK, the LED flashes green for 2 seconds.

Switch off stationary heater:

If the radio connection is OK, the LED illuminates with a steady red light for 2 seconds after the time of signal transmission. If the radio connection is not OK, the LED flashes red for 2 seconds.
