Install connection plate for C and D-pillar - AR63.20-P-0500-06TA

1. Fit connection plate and fasten with clamping pliers. Dimension a = 265 mm.
2. Drill 6.5 mm dia. rivet holes (area E).
3. Remove connection plate and deburr rivet holes on both sides.

4. Apply MB body sealant to foam part on D-pillar.

   Remove and replace damaged foam parts.

5. Install connection plate and fasten with clamping pliers.
6. Weld in connection plate with (areas A, B and C).
7. Weld in connection plate with (area D).
8. Rivet connection plate and D-pillar with 6.4 dia. x 14 mm Polygrip flat head rivets (area E).
