Install D-pillar, rear fender, roof and trunk lid, fit and fasten
Install taillamp, rubber seal and locking eye.
Check gaps and adjust:
- rear fender to taillamp
- taillamp in rear-end doors to taillamp
- rear-end doors to rear fender
- rear window to D-pillar
- tank flap
- rear door to bottom side section
Use feeler gauge!

Remove trunk lid, rear fender and roof.
Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes (area G).
Drill pilot hole (area C1).
Remove D-pillar.
Deburr rivet holes on both sides

Install D-pillar, fit and fasten with manual temporary fastener.
Rivet D-pillar Polygrip flat head rivets, dia. 6.4 x 14 mm (area G).
Weld in D-pillar with (areas B, C, C2, D, E and H).
Weld in D-pillar with (area C1).
Weld in D-pillar with (area E).
Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
