  1. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas A, B and C).
  2. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (area D).

  3. Grind out welds (areas E, F, G, H, I and J).

  4. Heat shaded areas.

  6. Remove center roof paneling.

    Front view 

  7. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  8. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  9. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
