Remove/install fixed window in rear door - AR72.12-P-1970TA

	Remove/Install
1	Completely open crank window on rear door (3)
2	Remove outer sealing rail from rear door (3)		AR72.12-P-1014T
3	Remove inner sealing rail from rear door (3)		AR72.12-P-1013T
4.1	Switch off the ignition and remove the transmitter key from the EIS control unit	On vehicles without code (889) Keyless go
4.2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside its range.	On vehicles with code (889) Keyless go
5	Disconnect electrical connector (4) from rear sidebag (5)
6	Remove door foil from rear door (3)	Remove door foil only until access opening (6) and bolt (7) are accessible. Do not remove left rear door control unit and right rear door control unit	AR72.12-P-0105T
7	Connect electrical connector (4) to rear sidebag (5)	Installation:  Disconnect electrical connector (4) only when ignition is switched off
8.1	Unlock catch hook from left rear door keyless go control unit or right rear door keyless go control unit with long wedge and unclip left rear door keyless go control unit or right rear door keyless go control unit from rear door (3)	On vehicles with code (889) Keyless go

9	Connect left rear power window switch or right rear power window switch to left rear door control unit or right rear door control unit	Use left rear power window switch or right rear power window switch located in the removed door lining. Do not remove left rear power window switch or right rear power window switch from door lining.
10	Move crank window up with left rear power window switch or right rear power window switch until clamp screw (8) is accessible in access opening.
11	Screw out clamp screw (8) until crank window is loosened in window mount (9)	Do not unscrew clamp screw (8) completely

12	Slide crank window in window frame (2) completely upward and secure with suitable adhesive tape on window frame (2) against falling down.	Carefully secure crank window against falling down to prevent crank window (3) from falling out of the rear door (3) and against damage.
13	Move power window completely downward with left rear power window switch or right rear power window switch	Use left rear power window switch or right rear power window switch located in the removed door lining Do not remove left rear power window switch or right rear power window switch from door lining
14	Loosen adhesive tape from crank window and completely move crank window down	Thereby ensure that the crank window lies between the outer door paneling and the fully rolled down window mount (9).
15	Pull window seal (10) out of window separator bar (11) and window frame (2).	Pull out window seal (10) only as far as required. Do not pull completely out of window frame (2)
		Installation:  Apply lubricant to window seal (10)	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
16	Unscrew bolt (12).
17	Remove screw (7)		*BA72.12-P-1014-01A
18	Pull window separator bar (11) out of rear door (3)	For this purpose, rotate window separator bar (11).
		Installation:  Apply lubricant to window separator bar (11)	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
19	Slide stationary window (1) in rear door (3) toward front until stationary window (1) pivots out of window frame (2) at top. Then remove stationary window (1) upward from rear door (3)	Installation:  Apply lubricant to rubber seal on stationary window (1) (arrows)	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
20	Install in the reverse order
