Trunk lid lock switch, location	The trunk lid contact switch (S88/6) is located in the rear-end door lock.
Trunk lid lock switch, task	Using the trunk lid contact switch (S88/6), the state of the rear-end door is acquired as an electrical signal.
Trunk lid lock switch, design	The trunk lid contact switch (S88/6) is designed as a normally closed contact. The switch has a detent position when the rear-end door is open.
Trunk lid lock switch, function	If the rear-end door is open, the trunk lid contact switch (S88/6) places an input from the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) to ground.
