Interior lighting dimming, function - GF82.20-P-3002T

MODELS 211.0/2/6

Via the overhead control panel control unit (N70), the front dome lamp (N70e1) and the dome lamp (E15/3e3) for the rear occupants are actuated dimmed when switched on or off.

Switching off is effected automatically after the OFF delay time of the interior light adjusted in the instrument cluster (A1); the provision for adjustment of the OFF delay time is from 0 to 20 seconds in a 5 second cycle.

IMPORTANT In Model 211.6, depending on equipment and special body, the number and position of the interior lamps may vary.

IMPORTANT In the case of an ATA alarm, the lamps are switched on immediately without dimming. In the event of undervoltage or overvoltage the lamps are switched off immediately without dimming. When the correct voltage is restored, the lamps are switched on without dimming.

IMPORTANT The dimming described here only relates to the switching on and off characteristics. It must not be confused with the dimming of the switch illumination and the switch and controls illumination via "terminal 58d".
