Telediagnosis call (roadside assistance call) 

Activating the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6) causes an SMS to be automatically transmitted to the Service Center. The following data is automatically transmitted in a roadside assistance call:

• Vehicle position
• Customer identification data
• Vehicle identification data
• Status data
• Fault code

MB-Info call function 

The service is activated by the user by operating the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6). When the service has been authorized and no service with a higher priority is active, the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) transmits an SMS to the Service Center. The following data is transmitted in the SMS:

• Vehicle position
• Customer identification data
• Vehicle identification data
