If an emergency call is made the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) puts together all the data for an emergency call telegram. The following data is automatically transmitted as an SMS when an emergency call telegram is transmitted:

• Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) data
• Phone number
• Type of triggering (manual or automatic emergency call)
• Vehicle data (e.g. circuit status)
• Crash information (severity of accident), only for automatic emergency calls
• Position data
• Vehicle direction and speed
