Remove/install hydraulic unit for automatic load compartment floor - AR68.80-P-5901T

MODEL 211.2 with CODE (943) Automatically extendable main loading floor

MODIFICATION NOTES

8.9.04 Disconnect ground line from battery eliminated
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install  
1 Open load compartment floor (1) upwards IMPORTANT See Operating Instructions
2 Unscrew bolts (1) from load compartment floor (2) on left and right  
3 Remove clips (3) and lower paneling (4) until retainer (5) on hydraulic cylinder (6) is accessible  
4 Lift retainer (5) on hydraulic cylinder (6) with suitable screwdriver and remove hydraulic cylinder (6) from ball head IMPORTANTInstallation:  If necessary, move hydraulic cylinder (6) to installation position by actuating the loading compartment floor switch.
5 Install clip (3) (arrow) for fastening paneling (4)  
6 Lower load compartment floor (1) and pull toward rear  
7 Remove clip (9) and remove cover (10) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure correct seating of the cover (10).
8 Unplug electrical connector (7) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that electrical connector (7) is seated correctly.
9 Remove retainer (11) from bolt (12) and pull out bolt (12)  
10 Remove hydraulic unit (13) from load compartment floor (1) together with hydraulic cylinder (6)  
11 Install in the reverse order  
12 Check load compartment floor for proper function (1)
