Remove/install load compartment floor - AR68.80-P-5800TA

MODEL 211.2 with CODE (943) Automatically extendable main loading floor Load compartment floor does not function

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
1 Open load compartment floor (1) upwards IMPORTANT See operator's manual.  
2 Unscrew bolts (1) from load compartment floor (2) on left and right    
3 Remove clips (3) and lower trim (4) until retainer (5) on hydraulic cylinder (6) is accessible    
4 Lift retainer (5) on hydraulic cylinder (6) with suitable screwdriver and remove hydraulic cylinder (6) from ball head IMPORTANTInstallation:  If necessary, move hydraulic cylinder (6) to installation position by actuating the loading compartment floor switch.  
5 Install clip (3) (arrow) for fastening trim (4)    
6 Disconnect battery ground cable   AR54.10-P-0003TA
7 Remove electrical connector (7) from bracket (8) and disconnect    
8 Secure load compartment floor (1) against falling with support SPECIAL TOOL *230589046300
DANGER Injury hazard  Gas-operated struts are under high pressure and can pinch and crush body parts during work Only remove and install gas-operated struts in the relaxed position and when the components are secured properly. AS00.00-Z-0012-01A
9 Lift retainer (9) with suitable screwdriver and remove gas-operated strut (10) from load compartment floor (1) on left and right NOTES Do not remove retainer (9), otherwise tension on retainer (9) can be lost
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Install gas-operated strut (10) with retainer (9) installed
 
10 Remove support and lower load compartment floor (1) SPECIAL TOOL *230589046300
11 Pull load compartment floor (1) toward rear until bolts (11) are accessible and unscrew bolts (11) NOTES Do not overload load compartment floor (1), otherwise load compartment floor (1) can tilt toward rear  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA68.80-P-1001-01A 
NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
12 Remove retainer (12) from bolt (13) and remove bolt (13)    
13 Slide load compartment floor (1) toward front and remove from load compartment IMPORTANT Helper required  
14 Install in the reverse order    
15 Check load compartment floor for proper function (1)
