Sand connection surfaces down to bare metal in the cross-hatched areas.
Use chrome-nickel wire brush.
Grind connection surfaces in cross-hatched areas with sanding paper.
Use "Saco-Roc" sanding paper.
Clean connection surfaces in cross-hatched areas with brush or lent-free rag.
Coat connection surfaces in cross-hatched areas with primer.
Observe pretreatment of gluing surfaces
