- Install reinforcements on rear outer left and/or right cross member and fit. Drill 6.5 mm dia. rivet holes (areas A and B).
- Remove reinforcements from rear outer left and/or right cross member. Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
- Install reinforcements on rear outer left and/or right cross member and fasten with pop-up rivet with locking thread.
- Rivet reinforcements on rear outer left and/or right cross member and inner longitudinal member with Polygrip flat head rivet, Ø 6.4 x 14 mm (areas A and B).
- Reinforcements on rear outer left and/or right cross member
(areas C and D).
- Install bottom rear center section, rear lamp, rubber seal and striker eye.
- Check sizes of gaps and adjust:
rear fender/taillamp
trunk lid/upper rear fender
trunk lid covering/taillamp
trunk lid/taillamp
Use feeler gauge!
- Bottom rear center section RP (areas C to N).
