Separate deformed rear area - AR64.20-P-1200-11TA

  1. Mark separation point and cut with body saw (areas A and B).
  2. Expose spot welds and cut out with (area C).

  3. Cut out spot welds with welding spot milling cutter (area D).
  4. Remove rear area.

  5. Cut out spot welds with welding spot milling cutter (areas E and F).
  6. Remove rear center section. Mark separation points and cut with body saw
  7. Mark separation points and cut with body saw (area G).
  8. Remove longitudinal member section.

  9. Cut out spot welds with welding spot milling cutter (areas H, I, J and K).
  10. Remove longitudinal member section and left closing section.
  11. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas, grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.
  12. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  13. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
