Remove contacts from maxi power timer coupling - AR00.19-P-0120-14A

Unfasten secondary release on version with retaining cap (shown on Maxi Power Timer, Junior Power Timer coupling) 

  1. Using a suitable tool, pry up the lock tabs on the retaining cap (1).
  2. Pull the retaining cap from the clutch housing (2).

    Unpin female contacts from coupling 

  3. Insert blade holder with SPECIAL TOOL clamping pliers and SPECIAL TOOL MPT blade from front side though openings at contact cavity of coupling (1).

    IMPORTANT This step compresses the spring shackles (2) on the female contact.

  4. A slight tug on the corresponding cable will remove the female contact (1) from the coupling.
