Location

The STH receiver is located in the luggage compartment in the area of the left rear wheelhouse.

Task

The stationary heater receiver evaluates the signals from the STH radio remote control transmitter (A8/3) and forwards them to the STH or HB control unit (A6n1) for model 221 or to the STH control unit (A6n1) for model 216.

Model 221 up to 31.8.06

When a valid signal is received, a return signal is sent to the STH transmitter.

Model 221 as of 1.9.06 and model 216:

The STH control unit transmits the current stationary heater status via the stationary heater receiver.

On model 221 the telephone antenna (A2/49a1) receives the switch-on signal and forwards it to the stationary heater receiver via the telephone/portable CTEL/STH radio remote control antenna splitter (A2/53).

On model 216, the switch-on signal is received by the stationary heater antenna (Telestart) (A2/27) and forwarded to the stationary heater receiver.

IMPORTANT Before the initial startup the STH receiver must teach in the STH transmitters assigned to it.
