	Removing
1	Remove door lining		AR72.10-P-1000SC
2	Remove outside mirror
3	Remove cover (2).
4	Loosen inner and outer sealing rail on window channel and lay down to side.	Carefully lay sealing rail down to side to prevent deformation of sealing rails Do not remove sealing rails completely from door; leave glued to rear area on door.	AR72.10-P-1610SC
5	Remove door frame seal (1) from door in glued area.	Observe correct installation position.
6	Unclip pin (3), press lock (arrow) and unclip door frame seal (1) from mirror triangle (4).		Fig 2
7	Remove glue residues from door and clean gluing surface with eraser disc.	Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust Remove adhesive residues at points which cannot be reached with the foil eraser with a suitable tool, e. g. plastic scraper. Removal disk, 100 mm dia. with fixing shank, Firma 3M Deutschland GmbH D-41453 Neuss Drill (electric/pneumatic)

	Install
8	Install door frame seal (1) on mirror triangle (4), check arrest of lock (arrow) and clip in points (3).	Ensure that the door frame seal (1) is seated correctly on the mirror triangle (4).
		Anti-friction agent	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
9	Glue door frame seal (1) onto door and roll on.	Ensure that door frame seal (1) is seated correctly.

10	Fasten inner and outer sealing rail.		AR72.10-P-1610SC
11	Install cover (2)
12	Install outside mirror.
13	Install door lining.		AR72.10-P-1000SC
