	Remove/install
1	Remove expansion clips (2) and remove cover (3)	Model 204, 212
2	Remove bolt (4) and unclip bracket (5) from washer fluid reservoir (1)
3	Unhook purge control valve (Y58/1) from bracket (7)	Model 204, 207, 212 with gasoline engine
4	Remove bolt (6)
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
5	Lift vehicle on lifting platform.
6	Remove fender liner front section
7	Unclip washer fluid hose (8) from washer fluid reservoir (1)
8	Unclip windshield washer system pump (M5/1) and place to one side with lines connected	Collect washer fluid which flows out. Installation:  Inspect gasket, install new part if necessary.

9	Detach hose coupling (10)	For vehicles with code (600) Headlamp cleaning system
10	Detach electrical connector (12) and expose wiring harness (13)	For vehicles with code (600) Headlamp cleaning system
11	Unclip and remove headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2)	For vehicles with code (600) Headlamp cleaning system Installation:  Inspect gasket, install new part if necessary.

12	Remove bolt (11)
13	Lower washer fluid reservoir (1)	Installation:  Insert pin (18) of washer fluid reservoir (1) into bracket (15).
14	Detach electrical connector (14) from windshield washer system fluid level switch (S42)
15	Unclip heat exchanger (17) from washer fluid reservoir (1) and guide heat exchanger (17) out of washer fluid reservoir (1)	In vehicles with code (875) heated windshield washer system Installation:  Check gasket (16) and replace if necessary. Ensure that seal (16) is seated correctly.

16	Take off washer fluid reservoir (1)
17	Remove windshield washer system fluid level switch (S42)	When replacing the washer fluid reservoir (1).

18	Install in the reverse order
19	Fill washer fluid reservoir (1)	Model 204	AP82.35-P-8210CW
		Model 207, 212, 218	AP82.35-P-8210EW
