1. Release lock on black 44-pin coupling (30) of power supply wiring harness and remove contact spring of violet line (vi) from contact cavity "13" of black 44-pin coupling (30).

   The black 44-pin coupling (30) is a discontinued part.

2. Remove contact spring of red/yellow line (rt/ge) from contact cavity "5" of yellow 12-pin coupling (13) of wiring harness.

   The yellow 12-pin coupling (13) is a discontinued part.

3. Route power supply wiring harness (2), as shown, to center tunnel into slot of removed audio component.
4. Fasten power supply wiring harness (2) to vehicle wiring harness using cable ties.

5. Release lock (14) on black 44-pin coupling (12) and insert violet line (vi) into contact cavity "13" on the black 44-pin coupling (12).
6. Fasten lock (14) on black 44-pin coupling (12).

7. Route red/yellow line (rt/ge) and brown line (br) of power supply wiring harness, as shown, along broken line in left footwell.

   Route red/yellow line (rt/ge) and brown line (br) behind hose (15).

8. Route red/yellow line (rt/ge) and brown line (br) along foot-operated parking brake cable (16) and fix in place using cable ties.
9. Install brown line (br) of power supply wiring harness at left front footwell ground point (W15/5).

10. Install brown line (br) of power supply wiring harness at left front footwell ground point (W15/5).
11. Route red/yellow line (rt/ge) along vehicle wiring harness (17) upward to front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module and fix in place using cable ties.
12. Remove foam material (18) downwards.
13. Route red/yellow line (rt/ge) through opening behind foam material (18) in engine compartment to front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module using pull-through device.
14. Fix red/yellow line (rt/ge) in place using cable ties at vehicle wiring harness (17).
15. Install foam material (18).

16. Disconnect yellow 12-pin coupling (19) from front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
17. Insert red/yellow line (rt/ge) into contact cavity "5" of yellow 12-pin coupling (19) (arrow C).
18. Connect yellow 12-pin coupling (19) to front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
