Remove and install heat exchanger - AR83.25-P-1100V

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal/installation    
1.1 Remove heater unit For vehicles without code (580a) automatic air conditioning.
or without code (581b) comfort automatic air conditioning
AR83.25-P-1000V 
1.2 Remove AC housing For vehicles with code (580a) automatic air conditioning.
or with code (581b) comfort automatic air conditioning
AR83.30-P-5200V 
2 Detach electrical connector on left and right defroster flaps actuator motor (M2/16)    
3.1 Detach electrical connector on fresh air flaps actuator motor (M2/21) On vehicles with code (581b) convenience automatic air conditioning  
4 Remove AC bus wiring harness (2) from fixtures (3) and put aside    
5 Remove bolts (4)    
6 Remove left heat exchanger temperature sensor (B10/2) and right heat exchanger temperature sensor (B10/3) from upper part of housing (6)    
7 Release retaining clamps (5)    
8 Remove top section of housing (6) IMPORTANT In doing so lift up the air ducting (7) and route the defroster flaps shaft (8) past the heat exchanger (1) and air ducting (7)  
9 Undo screws (9) and remove pipeline holder (10)    
10 Remove sealing (11) from connecting pipe (12)    
11 Raise air ducting (7) and remove heat exchanger (1) NOTES Carefully remove heat exchanger (1), as otherwise the cooling fins of the heat exchanger (1) may be damaged.  
12.1 Detach seal (13) When replacing the heat exchanger (1)  
13 Install in the reverse order
