Remove/install poly V-belt (Engine 272) - AR13.22-P-1202VA

	Remove
1	Open engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000V
2	Remove front engine cover (1)	Pull out the front engine cover (1) from the mounts.
3	Remove left and right intake air duct (2)
4	Loosen and remove the poly-V-belt (3)	For this purpose, use the hexagon (4) and swivel the tensioning pulley (5) in a clockwise direction (arrow). Take off the poly-V-belt (3) and decelerate the tensioning pulley (5).
	Check
5	Inspect belt pulley tread pattern, belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt, replace if necessary.
6	Check poly-V belt (3) and replace if required
	Check poly-V-belt in visible area for wear		AP13.22-P-1352VA
	Install
7	Fit on poly-V-belt (3), then clamp	For this purpose, use the hexagon (4) and swivel the tensioning pulley (5) in a clockwise direction (arrow). Fit on poly-V-belt (3) and slacken the tensioning pulley (5). Fit on poly V-belt (3) as specified in the running diagram: ↓ Do not use wax or similar products, as this may cause poly-V-belt (3) to slip.

8	Install the left and right intake air duct (2)
9	Install front engine cover (1)
10	Close engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000V
