1. Install partition wall (1), fit and fasten with clamping pliers.
2. Drill dia. 6.5 mm hole in partition wall (1) (areas A and D).
3. Remove partition wall (1)
4. Deburr rivet holes on both sides
5. Apply primer to inside of rivet connections
6. Apply MB body sealant.
7. Install partition wall (1), fit and fasten with manual temporary fastener
8. Fasten partition wall (1) with clamping pliers

9. Rivet partition wall (1) with Polygrip flat/round head rivet, 6.4 x 14 (areas A and D).
10. Weld in partition wall (1) with (area B).
11. Weld in partition wall (1) with (area C).
12. Clean welds with round wire brush.
13. Remove grinding and drilling chips with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
