Overhead control panel control unit purpose - GF54.21-P-4105-02SK

Purpose 

The upper control panel control unit (N72/1) reads in the following switches and if necessary actuates their function illumination and switch and controls illumination. The information on this is transmitted or received via the Controller Area Network bus Class B (interior) (CAN-B).

Reading in of integrated switches: 

• ESP OFF switch (N72/1s1)
• Hazard warning system switch (N72/1s5)
• 'Unlock CL [ZV]' interior switch (N72/1s16)
• 'Lock CL [ZV]' interior switch and ATA [EDW] function indicator lamp (N72/1s17)

With code (220a) Parktronic system (PTS):

• PTS OFF switch (N72/1s8)

With code (873) Heated seats, left and right front seat:

• Left HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s10)
• Right HS [SIH] switch (N72/1s11)

With code (403) Airscarf system:

• Left AIRSCARF switch (N72/1s21)
• Right AIRSCARF switch (N72/1s22)

Actuating: 

• Automatic child seat recognition airbag OFF indicator lamp (N72/1e1)

Voltage-coded reading in of Vario roof/ATA [EDW] switch group (S84): 

• Vario roof actuation switch (S84s1)

With code (551a) anti-theft alarm system (ATA):

• TS [AS] OFF switch (S84s3)

With code (882b) interior monitoring (only with ATA):

• IMS [IRS] OFF switch (S84s2)

Voltage-coded reading of outside mirror adjustment switch with/without mirror fold-in/fold out facility (S50/1): 

• Outside mirror raise/lower, in/out rocker switch (S50/1s1)
• Left outside mirror adjustment selection switch (S50/1s6)
• Right outside mirror adjustment selection switch (S50/1s7)

With code (500b) left/right folding outside mirror:

• Outside mirror fold-in/fold-out switch (S50/1s3)
