Rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module, task - GF54.21-P-4112-01SK
General
The rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) is connected to the Controller Area Network bus class B (interior) (CAN-B).
It records sensor signals, fill levels and switch conditions and passes on this information via CAN-B.
Furthermore, semiconductor switches which are integrated in the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and the relays of the fuse and relay blocks are actuated.
The following functions are realized by the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) separately or in parallel:
- Rear window defroster (R1)
- Exterior lighting at rear of the vehicle
- Control of turn signal functions
- fuel gauge
- Emergency opening of doors (in the event of a crash)
- Remote trunk lid release via transmitter key (A8/1)
- Locking of trunk lid, filler cap, glove compartment, center console compartment and rear wall stowage compartment
