	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	-
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		-
1	Detach upper shock absorber mounting (1)	The vehicle must be standing on its wheels when removing the upper shock absorber mounting. In order to reach the upper shock absorber mounting, a hole (70 mm dia.) a hole must be cut centrally above the upper shock absorber mounting in the luggage compartment side paneling. The paneling is perforated at this point. For suitable plug, see EPC. When cutting pay attention to lines routed under the paneling.

2	Raise vehicle with lifting platform		AR00.60-P-1000V
3	Remove rear wheels.
	Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary		AP40.10-P-4050V
4	Remove cover (72c) of spring control arm
5	Detach shock absorber (75) from spring control arm and remove		*BA32.25-P-1003-03A
6	Checking shock absorber		AR32.25-P-0121V
7	Install in the reverse order	The vehicle must be on its wheels when tightening the bolts and nuts.
