Remove/install rear window on Vario roof - AR67.20-P-3000V

	Remove
1	Move Vario roof into intermediate position and secure		AR77.50-P-3000-01V
		Support	Fig 4
2	Generously line trunk area with protective cover	Protective cover	Fig 3
3	Remove paneling at rear part of Vario roof		AR68.30-P-4380V
4	Disconnect rear window heater connector	On both sides.
5	Unhook tension spring (2) for wedge slide	On both sides.
6	Remove bolts (3)	On both sides.
		Have helper hold in assembly position. If bolts (3) are hard to turn, heat with hot air gun to liquefy retaining agent
7	Remove rear window	Move to passenger compartment
	Install
8	Install rear window	Move out rear window from passenger compartment to mount and have helper hold in assembly position
9	Screw in bolts (3)	On both sides. Coat bolts (3) with bolt retaining agent
		Bolt for control linkage on rear window mount	*BA67.20-P-1001-02A
		Quick glue	*BR00.45-Z-1011-02A
10	Hook tension spring (2) into wedge slide	On both sides.
11	Install connector on rear window heater	On both sides.
12	Install paneling at rear part of Vario roof		AR68.30-P-4380V
13	Remove protective sleeve from trunk area	Protective cover	Fig 3
14	Remove support (1)	Support	Fig 4
	Check
15	Check position of rear window, adjust if necessary		AR67.20-P-3002V
16	Check Vario roof for proper function
17	Close Vario roof
