Install windshield - AR67.10-P-1503-01P

  1. Open driver-side window. The side window should remain open during the curing time. Otherwise the windshield (1) can be pressed toward outside by the air when a door is closed.
  2. Position both cup suction tools on windshield (1). Cup suction tool/suspension equipment (for window removal/installation).

  3. Center windshield (1) above window cutout on body flange with aid of helper and then position to coincide with strips of adhesive tape (arrows).
  4. Position windshield (1) on adhesive bead and press on until it makes contact with rubber window spacers and rubber lip.
  5. Install windshield (1) within 10 minutes after apply adhesive bead. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.
  6. The curing time (drive-away time) is approx. 1 h for the 2-component repair kit and approx. 2 h for the 1-component repair kit, calculated from the time the windshield (1) is installed.
