Disconnect/connect ground line on battery

	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood	Model 203	AR88.40-P-1000P
		Model 209	AR88.40-P-1000Q
		Model 211	AR88.40-P-1000T
2	Remove Intake air line (2)
3.1	Remove pressure connection (3) to throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Model 203, 209
		Installation: Do not apply grease to openings of the pressure connection (3). The pressure buildup by the compressor would loosen the pressure connection (3) from the throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
3.2	Release pressure connection (3) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Model 211
		Installation: Do not apply grease to the openings of the pressure connection (3). The pressure buildup by the compressor would loosen the pressure connection (3) from the throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4	Detach vacuum line of purge valve at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Model 203, 209
5	Remove plug (4) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
6	Remove bolts (1)		*BA30.20-P-1002-01C
7	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Installation: Observe leading guides, otherwise leaks may occur.
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Read out fault memory and erase	Stored faults which may be caused by assembly work, test work, removed lines or a simulation, must be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
