The illumination for the left front vanity mirror (E14/6) and the right front vanity mirror (E14/7) is located over the sun visors in the roof frame trim cover. The illumination for the left front vanity mirror (E14/6) and the right front vanity mirror (E14/7) is supplied with voltage from the overhead control panel control unit (N70). The illumination for the left front vanity mirror (E14/6) is switched on and off by means of the integrated vanity mirror illumination switch (S101) when the left mirror cover flap is opened and closed.

The illumination for the right front vanity mirror (E14/7) is switched on and off by means of the integrated vanity mirror illumination switch (S102) when the right mirror cover flap is opened and closed. The illumination for the right front vanity mirror (E14/6) and the right front vanity mirror (E14/7) is switched off 30 minutes after the Control Area Network bus class B (interior) (CAN-B) was deactivated.
