- Rotary light switch (S1) in "standing lamp" or "low beam" position or in "auto" position and darkness (driving lights active)
- C. 15R OFF
- Driver door open
Function
The logic for actuating the lights-on reminder function is incorporated into the instrument cluster (A1). The instrument cluster (A1) receives the signal for the active standing lamp from the driver-side SAM control unit (N10/10) and links this information with the signal of the left door contact switch (S17/3), the circuit status and the headlamp switch-off delay function.
The lights-on reminder function is not triggered if the headlamp switch-off delay function is active.
