Antenna amplifier module, design - GF82.62-P-3105-03R
The following functions are integrated into the left (A2/64) and right (A2/65) antenna amplifier modules (see block diagram):
- Filter and amplifier with diversity system for the FM signals (FM1 up to FM4) of the FM windshield antennas (for vehicles with Vehicle Information Communication System (VICS) (Japan) not applicable FM3),
- Demodulator for the signals to control the radio-operated central locking (RRCL),
- Filter and amplifier for TV signals of windshield antennas,
- Filter for the AM signals received from the rear shelf antenna amplifier (A2/67).
In the rear window antenna amplifier module (A2/12) and the rear shelf antenna amplifier (A2/67) amplifiers for AM signals have been integrated.
In addition to this the rear shelf antenna amplifier (A2/67) has an integrated selection switch to select received AM signals, depending on the position of the Vario roof.
