REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of death  cased by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid. Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  when drilling gas-filled assemblies or components (gas filling cannot ignite) Wear safety glasses and face mask. AS00.00-Z-0006-01A

1 Remove fender liner in left rear fender   AR88.10-P-1400R
2 Relieve pressure in ABC system   AR32.50-P-0001-01N 
3 Detach retaining clip (1) of pressure lines    
4 Unscrew nut (2) and pull carrier plate out of guide (3) IMPORTANT Place carrier plate on transmission jack.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.50-P-1016-01A 
5 Disconnect pressure line for pressure reservoir (SP) from rear suspension pressure reservoir (4) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.50-P-1001-01A 
NOTES Notes on fitting hydraulic lines and hoses Models 215, 220, 230 AH32.50-P-0001-02A 
6 Unscrew nuts (4a) and remove rear axle pressure reservoir (4) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.50-P-1015-01A 
REFER TO FORMS Notes on scrapping gas-filled hydraulic components all OS00.00-P-1000-01A
REFER TO FORMS Disposing on spring actuator   OS32.30-P-0620-01A 
7 Install in the reverse order    
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns when working in engine during starting procedure Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.
