Expose spot welds (areas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J and K).
Cut spot welds out with spot weld cutter (areas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J and K).

Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas.
Grind spot welding flange down to bare metal on both sides.
Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
Coat insides of spot welding flanges and rivet connections with zinc dust paint.
