	Remove/install
1	Open lid (3) and remove insert mat (13).	On vehicles as of 28.1.08 or with code (809) model year 2009 and with code (386) Preinstallation for cell phone, UPCI system
2	Remove insert mat (13) from stowage box (1)
3	Unscrew bolts (5, 10) and nuts (4)	Bolts (5) are located behind access openings in stowage box (1).
4	Unscrew nuts (4)
5	Close cover (3)
6	Remove cover (2)	Installation:  Ensure that retaining clips (11) are seated properly in guides (12).
7	Open lid (3)
8	Lift front stowage box (1) until central locking pneumatic line (6) is accessible
9	Lift front stowage box (1) and disconnect electrical connector (16)	On vehicles with code (518) Media Interface
10	Lift stowage box (1) at rear until electrical connectors (7) are accessible
11	Disconnect electrical connectors (7)	Number of electrical connectors (7) depends on equipment.
12	Disconnect electrical connector (9)	On vehicles with code (882) Interior monitoring (with ATA only)
13	Unclip connector (8) from mount (14)
14	Remove stowage compartment (1)
15	Install in the reverse order
