Disconnect hydraulic lines from hydraulic pump and connect - AR77.37-P-1000-04R

The hydraulic unit RVC (A7/5) is removed and put down in a suitable container for catching escaping hydraulic fluid.
- 1.1 Open emergency operation valve (3) on RVC hydraulic unit (A7/5) and then tighten with specified tightening torque.
Not when separating hydraulic lines No. 115 and No. 116 on vehicles with code (881) Remote trunk closing (RTC).
By opening the emergency operation valve (3), the pressure in the hydraulic lines is relieved, except in hydraulic line No. 100. The pressure in hydraulic line No. 100 is still present. It is only possible to relieve the pressure in this line by previously setting up the roll bar hydraulically and then putting it back down mechanically.
- 2 Unscrew bolts (1) and slide connection plates (2) in direction of arrow.
- 3.1 Unscrew bolt (3), slide connection plate (4) in direction of arrow and remove.
- 4 Pull hydraulic lines out of hydraulic unit RVC (A7/5).
- 5 Plug disconnected hydraulic lines and all open connections on RVC hydraulic unit (A7/5) with
stop plugs.
- 6 Connect in reverse order.
