Cut out windows with roll out - AR67.10-P-1000-11SX

1. Cut cutting wire off of roll.

   Length approx. 4 times window diagonal.

2. Insert pipe probe through bonding from outside. Glass removal gotis://K_67.0_01.0

   The length of the cutting wire should be approx. 4 times the diagonal of the window.

3. Insert cutting wire from outside and remove pipe probe.
4. Slide cutting wire in outer gap between window and flange.

   Slide cutting wire below sealing lips on window. Otherwise sealing lips can be damaged.

   Use soapy water as lubricant.

5. Punch pipe probe from inside through bonding, insert remaining cutting wire from outside and remove pipe probe.
6. Secure outer side of window with adhesive strips on body.

   Window can detach suddenly when cutting out. Paint and flange can be damaged.

7. Fasten suction cup winches inside of window and roll cutting wire on in direction of arrow.

   Reposition suction cup winches according to picture, when cutting point has reached the area of the circle marking (arrows). Otherwise the cutting wire can tear.

   Check continuously whether cutting wire is routed outside below sealing lip and does not cut off any cables on inside. Incorrectly routed cutting wire damages the newly installed window.

8. Remove suction cup winches after reaching end position, fasten to outer side of window and lift window out of flange.
